ROL: House Building Engineer
We come to meet the need of the villagers building houses for those who’s living situation is very difficult
We expect the new hire to raise sponsorship for all the necessary materials to build the houses ( wood & metal sheet for the structure of the house, tools, screws, etc. transportation costs for people and food supply for the villagers helping with building the houses )
Job description
Activities may include:
- Be involved in all stages of building the new houses (weekly)
- Ensure good results and the advancement of the project
Responsabilities
- Overseeing day-to-day activities on the construction site.
- Ensuring construction work follows technical specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare progress reports for project stakeholders.
- Verifying material orders according to the design prior to the start of construction.
- Communicating with suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.
qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 4-5 years relevant work experience
