Housing Project
In the Kalahari Desert most Bush-men live in traditional huts. Over the years in the areas covered by the mission we have been constantly building houses as there are too many that need them. Being that the founder of the mission used to own a construction business, he has much of the technical abilities and capacities to take this project to its full potential based on the available resources. The cost of a brick house with cement is very high for the area and reaches about 2000 euros.
Starting with 2020, the mission has started to help the construction of traditional houses as well, in Bush-men style. It is a project that has had very good results in all the villages in which it has been implemented. This way a lot more can be accomplished due to the fact that a house costs about 350 euros. The mission supports the locals with tools and food to be able to do this.
