Kalahari New Hope is a Humanitarian Christian organization and their priority is to minister to the San tribe providing for their physical, educational and spiritual needs.

KNH School
The Kalahari New Hope Primary School started with 40 children, one teacher and a very tight budget. But the dream that has been burning on the founder’s heart was enough to start something beautiful: to offer access to education to the San tribe.
Today The Kalahari New Hope Elementary School became what it was meant to be: a new hope.
It had been functioning for six years without accreditation from the Ministry of Education of Namibia before receiving the much-needed accreditation only at the end of 2015.
Humanitarian aid
The humanitarian aid projects consist of distributing clothes, food, medicine, medical assistance, the construction of housing and setting up gardening and farming land in every village.
However, the biggest humanitarian project is the KNH school itself. Over 220 children benefit from the services provided here every single day.
Ministry and spiritual aid
The spiritual impact of the work is based upon fulfilling the Great Commission in sharing the gospel and thus reaching out to have an eternal impact upon the San tribe. All volunteers in the mission have this responsibility of fulfilling the Great Commission.
Among the spiritual projects there is evangelism, church-planting, disciplining, setting up a Christian radio-station and translating the Bible.

Become a volunteer
Get involved by volunteering at the base. You can help in the variety of projects, school, base administration, mechanics, agriculture, construction, humanitarian and spiritual aid.
However, our greatest need is for professionals, teachers or medical staff to volunteer on a short or long-term basis.
